Your licence

These terms apply when you use AideMemo, the app published by Proairos Pte. Ltd. ("we"). If you got AideMemo from the App Store, your licence to use the app is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add what is specific to AideMemo. How the app handles your data is in the privacy policy.

Your content

What you record, import and write in AideMemo is yours.

Accounts and services you connect

AideMemo can connect to accounts you hold with other companies, such as Google and Microsoft, to AI providers whose API keys you enter, and to AI assistants you choose to connect. Your agreements with those companies govern your use of their services. AideMemo reads or sends only what the privacy policy describes.

YouTube

AideMemo uses YouTube API Services. By using AideMemo's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Using AideMemo lawfully

You are responsible for how you use AideMemo, including the laws where you are about recording other people.

Text written by a model

Summaries and answers written by a model can be wrong. Check anything that matters.

No warranty

AideMemo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not let us limit.

Changes

We will post changes to these terms on this page and update the date above.

Law

Singapore law governs these terms, except where the law of your country gives you protections that cannot be set aside.
